Each shoe is hand painted with quality materials and workmanship. Subtle variations in color, design, and texture are characteristics of a genuine hand painted shoes and are not imperfections. We use special paints that have been tried and tested. We guarantee the quality of our product. Each shoe is coated with a flexible UV stable clear coat that will not stain or discolor.

 Sizing
When purchasing open toe high heel shoes, it is recommended to buy the same size you wear in a flat shoe. Our shoes are only available in whole sizes, please order the next largest size if you normally wear a half size. So if you normally wear a size 61/2 you should order a size 7. We will not be held responsible if you do not purchase the correct size.

 Shipping
Because each pair of shoes is hand painted, we normally ship your order within 5-7 business days. Custom made shoes will take a little longer and you will be notified when we reply with your quote.

All orders have free shipping and are shipped USPS to all 50 states.

All international orders are considered custom orders. Please email us at bdmodo@bdmodo.com before placing an order outside the 50 US States.

 Ordering
Submit your order via the internet using our easy and secured shopping cart. We use PayPal, the number 1 online payment source. It's free to use and you don't have to be a member to send a payment. PayPal gives you several payment methods including, credit cards, checking accounts, PayPal accounts and more.

When you see an item you wish to purchase simply choose your heel and shoe size from the drop down boxes and then click on the "add to cart" button. Your shopping cart will then appear with your selections added to it. From there you can change the quantity or remove an item from the cart. To add additional items simply continue shopping. After you have selected all the items you wish to purchase just click on the "proceed to checkout" button. Complete your information and submit. That's it! Within 3 business days you will receive an email from us stating that we have received your order and an estimated time of when your shoes will ship. If you have not received an email from bdmodo@dbmodo.com within 5 business days from when you placed your order, please contact us with your PayPal order number so we may investigate.

 Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order email us at bdmodo@bdmodo.com . We will attempt to cancel these items if your request is within 24 hours of placing you order. Please include your order number and contact details. We cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled.

 Return Policy
Since we paint each and every shoe when ordered, we cannot accept returns unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. You must notify us by email within 5 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. Failure to do so within a 5 day period will result in refusal of your return. Please include your phone number so a representative of BDModo.com may contact you on return information.
